A bad accident happened in Vietnam. A fast boat sank on Saturday. This happened near the island Phu Quoc. There were 32 tourists from India on board. There were also 4 people from the crew.
The boat turned over. All 36 people fell into the sea. The accident happened 400 meters from the coast. High waves made the rescue hard. Many people were trapped inside the boat.
Other boats helped with the rescue at once. The navy and the coast guard came quickly. They rescued 21 people. 15 tourists died in the accident.
The tourists were on a trip near small islands. The reason for the accident is unclear now. The embassy from India helps the families. Phu Quoc is a popular place for tourists.
