Folarin Balogun is a player from the USA. He gets a red card at the world cup. Normally a player must then sit out. He is banned for the next game.
But Balogun plays anyway. US President Donald Trump calls FIFA boss Gianni Infantino on the phone. Then FIFA cancels the ban. This never happens before in the history of the world cup.
