There is a new fight at sea. Ships from China attack boats from the Philippines. The attack happens near a reef. A reef is a group of small islands made of stone. The stone is old coral.
China uses big water guns. The guns shoot water with high power. Two boats get hit by the water. No person is hurt. This is very good.
Both countries want the same sea. The Philippines say: The reef belongs to us. China says: The sea belongs to us. China says the boats are not allowed there.
