Houses and a factory break. A house of a diplomat from Latvia gets damage too. Many people have no power anymore.

Ukraine says Russia does a bad crime. Russian soldiers shot a prisoner. International rules forbid this. The war takes over 4 years now. Both sides use many new weapons like rockets and drones. People in the bad areas must run away to be safe.
