Simple help against heat
Shops sell air conditioning for rooms now. These machines cool and heat the air. You can control them with your phone. You can also use simple tricks.
A wet towel at the window helps. Water makes the air cool. The towel must not be too wet. Then the air feels sticky. In hotels, put a towel at the door. This keeps the cool air in the room.
