Nepal has a bad flood. A big land slip causes this. Mud and stones flow into a river. This happens near the border to China. The flood destroys many houses and streets. Whole villages are gone.
At least 160 people die. The police find 157 dead bodies in Nepal. 3 people die in Tibet. Many people are still missing. Rescue teams look for hundreds of missing persons. Tourists from other lands are also missing.
Help for the victims starts now. The USA gives 500.000 dollars for emergency help. Germany wants to support Nepal too. Rescue workers use boats and dogs for the search. Experts say: The weather gets worse because of climate change. This makes more floods.
