A bad accident happens in Peru. A small plane falls down in the desert. The plane belongs to the firm Aerodiana. It is a flight over the Nazca-Linien.
There are 13 people on board. All people die in the crash. 11 tourists from Europe are among the dead. 2 people come from Germany. They are Andreas H. and Gertrud H.
7 people from Italy and 2 from Spain also die. 2 crew workers from Peru are also on board. The plane starts in the city Pisco. The pilot gives a help call soon after.
Then the contact to the plane breaks. The rest of the plane burns in the desert. Another plane finds the pieces later. The cause of the crash is not clear yet.
Experts check the crash now. There is strong wind in the region at the flight time. The Nazca-Linien are very old pictures on the ground. Many tourists look at these pictures from the air.
