Spain and Italy have a fight. It is about checks at borders. Italy checks ships and planes for 1 week. But only from Spain. Italy does this because of the crisis in Ceuta. Many migrants arrive there.
Spain thinks these checks are unfair. They hurt people from Spain. Madrid says: The rules for borders break. Rome makes the choice alone. There is no talk with other lands.
Now Spain sets a time limit until August 9. Italy must stop the checks until then. Or Spain plans own steps against Italy. Italy says: The checks protect safety in Europe. They are not against Spain.
