The OECD is very happy for Germany. The German economy grows by 1,1 percent in 2026. This is 0,4 percent more than before. Experts see good signs. People buy more machines from Germany. Money for the army helps too. France has a bad time. The French economy grows by only 0,4 percent.
Dangers are still here
Good numbers are here. But dangers stay. The war in the Middle East is a problem. The war makes oil and gas very expensive. Bad weather makes people worried too. Bad weather brings bad food harvests. Food gets very expensive then. The OECD tells Germany to change rules. The state must stop much paperwork. Taxes on work must go down.
