This is the first vote since the start of the war. Many opponents of Putin do not take part. Other parties in the parliament support the policy of Putin. These are the Communists and the party New People.
Critics say: The vote is not fair. There are many reports about cheating. Many people vote online. This is hard to check. People also vote in areas of Ukraine. This is against the law. Drones attack Moscow during the vote.
