Iran only sends experts to Qatar. These experts only talk to the mediators. A mediator is a person who helps in a conflict. It is about a lot of money from Iran. This money is blocked on bank accounts abroad. Iran wants this money back.
A big point of conflict is the Strait of Hormuz. This is an important way in the sea for ships. Many ships bring oil there to other countries. Iran has placed mines in the water there. Now there is conflict about who clears the mines. Iran wants to do that alone.
