The care insurance has little money soon. Minister Nina Warken is very worried. In the year 2027 7.5 billion Euros are missing. One year later 15 billion Euros are missing.
The costs are higher than the income. Many people need care today. Over 6 million people need help. That is twice as many as in 2017.
The rules for care changed. Children with ADHS get help now. The insurance funds run out of money. Nina Warken shows a new law in May.

People in homes get money for their own share. This money increases slower in the future. The system is almost broke without change. The government needs a solution now.
