Gerstorfer says: Living longer does not mean healthy work. Many old people find no job. In June, 120000 people over 50 years had no job. Companies must hire old people first. This is more important than long work.
Gerstorfer warns of new problems. Women can have bad luck. Women often work less because of children. People also help sick family members. People with study time must work very long. The pension is a reward for work.
