The parliament in Hungary made a big decision. They voted for a new law. 139 people voted for the law. Only 6 people voted against it. The law removes President Tamás Sulyok now. He had his job from the old group.
Minister-President Peter Magyar wants the president to leave. He calls him a puppet. The president must sign the law. Or he gets a trial to lose his job. The old party of Viktor Orbán did not vote. They protest against the new rules.
There are more changes for Hungary. People can work in parliament for 12 years only. Judges for the law must stop at 70 years. The leader of the government has a time limit. Peter Magyar plans a new law book soon.
