The offer is for helpers. They work in kindergarten now. With the help they can become group leaders. They must visit courses at a school. One course is in the city Graz. Another course is new.
The workers work less time now. The job office pays money for this. The help lasts up to 2 years. The politician Christoph Wiederkehr likes the plan. He wants more good workers for children.
