A former minister wants the elections. His name is Mychajlo Fedorow. He was the defense minister. Fedorow finds democracy important in the war. But the law in the Ukraine forbids elections in the war. There are many problems. Millions of people flee from their home. Many soldiers fight at the front. They can not vote safely.
