In Nepal was a bad flood. More than 1000 people died. Many people are missing. Rain makes help hard. Many villages are cut off. There is little food.
Now special experts help. They are mountain guides from high mountains. People call them Sherpas. They use ropes and helicopters. The Sherpas look for people in tight tunnels. That is very dangerous.
The help brings success. Rescuers found 3 men alive in a tunnel. They were trapped for 9 days. The army and groups work together. They bring rice to the villages. Switzerland helps with soap.
The flood broke many water plants. Nepal wanted to sell power to India. That does not work now. The country has too little power. The damage costs much money.
