In Austria, bad acts by right wing groups grow. In the first half year, police count 862 such acts. This is almost 10 percent more than last year. The numbers grow for many years.
Most acts have a right wing background. Some acts hate people from other lands or hate Jews. Also, hate against Muslims happens often. The doers break a strict law very often. About 90 percent of the doers are men.
Many acts happen on the internet. But some acts destroy things or hurt people. The politicians want to act fast now. A new plan against hate starts in winter. The plan brings education and help for victims.
