Spain gives much money to the city Ceuta. Ceuta lies in north Africa. But the city belongs to Spain. The government pays 309 million euro. The money arrives in this year. In July many migrants come to Ceuta. They are about 72.000 people.
They come from the land Morocco. Many people swim to Ceuta. Other people climb high fences. In social media exist false news. The news says: You can stay in Ceuta. But this is not true. Most people must go back fast.
Now 5.000 migrants stay in Ceuta. 1.200 children are among them. Many people in Ceuta are angry. They think: The government helps too little. The new money makes safety. The money helps also for the care of the migrants.
