Pig wants new rules for other bosses too. This is a salary pyramid. A salary pyramid is an order for pay in a firm. All people must handle money with care. The money comes from the people in Austria.
Maybe ORF gets a new team of leaders. Pig can lead ORF with other bosses. This is a board model. A board model is a rule where many persons decide together. Today the single boss decides alone.
