The interior ministers of the EU make a new law. The meeting is in Luxembourg. The law makes deportations fast. People without permission must leave the EU. Many people do not leave alone.
There are new centers for return. These centers are named Return Hubs. They are in countries outside the EU. Austria and Germany work on this plan. The Netherlands, Denmark and Greece help too.
Possible countries for the centers are Uganda or Kazakhstan. Rwanda is an option too. The countries must respect human rights. Many groups worry. They fear for the safety of people.
People who are dangerous go to prison. The prison time can take up to 24 months. People who do not talk with offices get less money. The law makes rules for entry bans. It starts soon.
