Bonin says: Good data is a task for the state. Many people do not know their chance. They stay in bad jobs. A change must be simple.
The state must make a job change safe. It helps with money for a move. Training at age 45 or 50 is good. One job for all years is old.
Bonin sees smart software as a chance. The software does easy tasks. This helps older workers. All people work better now. He does not fear no work for all.
