Wolodymyr Selenskyj is the president of Ukraine. He warns all airlines in the world now. He says: Do not fly over Russia anymore. The sky over Russia is not safe. There are many drones now.
Selenskyj says: Ukraine does not attack normal planes for people. But there is a big war. Many rockets and drones are in the air for defense. Therefore the airspace is closed in practice. This applies especially to the cities Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Selenskyj also criticizes the partner states of Ukraine. He says: The world takes summer vacation. But the fight continues in Ukraine. Russia uses this time for attacks. Ukraine urgently needs more ammunition for defense.
