There are many small schools in Austria. Less than 100 children visit a school. Christoph Wiederkehr wants to save these schools. Schools use a Schul-Cluster for this plan.
A Schul-Cluster is a group of schools. Up to 8 schools work together. They share the office work. They share the teachers. Teachers work at different places. They share gyms too.
Teachers had a Veto-Recht before. They could stop the group work. This right ends now. Teachers can only speak their mind. Christoph Wiederkehr talks with the states.
The goal are 100 groups until the year 2030. Austria has 72 groups right now. Paul Kimberger is against the new plan. He wants to protect the teachers.
There are more plans for the change. Leaders of groups get more money. They decide about the time table alone. Teachers can work at different schools now.
